So confused... iPhone 2.0 or Blackberry Curve (verizon edition)

They're both being released about the same time (iPhone 2.0 will be released in June)

Yeah I know, I sold my iPhone 1.0 because the EDGE network was EXCRUCIATINGLY slow. Now that the 3G version will be released, my eyebrow is now raised again.

But, I still want a blackberry (curve) with a full keyboard. I've played with my friends Curve and I really like the form factor and the weight.

Ugh...guess I'll just have to wait for both to be released and then make a choice.

Isaac's Gravatar I personally am in the blackberry camp (own one), and most of my friends have iPhones. Me...I just have something against Apple and their complete lock down of a product to nickel and dime you to death.

I love how I can just find a cool new blackberry app for my phone and download it, install it. You cant do this with an iphone unless you crack it or pay for some apps on itunes.

I do like iphones browser better, its much closer to the real web and not mobile web.

So there is my two cents.

Chris's Gravatar Isaac, I don't own a blackberry (yet), but can't you download OperaMini for the BB and have the same web browsing experience like the iPhone (sans zoom ability i'm guessing)?

Nitai Aventaggiato's Gravatar Opera Mini installed and it has zooming :-)

Honestly, I love Apple products, like the PowerBook Pro and MacOS X. But that is about it. The iPhone is a hyped up product and does not live up to a "real" phone. Sure it is nice, but dies not come with all the features that have been in phones for years. Apple will have to bring a new iPhone every 4 month or so since the mobile market is much mire aggressive and the product release cycle close to each other.

I own a BB Curve and have to say I love it. Installed about everything on it and works perfectly. I tried a iPhone for 2 weeks but don't like "typing" on the screen. Once you get the typing stuff on the BB you will not get back.
