Raymond Camden's Gravatar My advice? Take it in stride. (Well, not the first person, but the second person.) Maybe when they see how easy it is to develop in ColdFusion they wil get interested in learning more. Reach out to the person and make the offer.

Phillip Senn's Gravatar What alternatives are there?
ColdFusion works seamlessly with HTML 5, CSS, jQuery.
Not to mention the other technologies that I don't know anything about:
Flash, AIR.
But seriously, what is it that everyone else is using?

Chris's Gravatar The OP i know him...worked with him...Not jumping on the CF bandwagon any time soon.

But, I was in chat with another old friend and he asked what language the website I'm working on is coded in...his response wasn't any different..."Really? Why Coldfusion? People still use it?"
